Luciana Mingoti
Luciana and Eric share a passion for guiding agents to achieve their goals and dreams as well as become strong leaders. Focuses on delivering the best plan for client’s financial security. In their free time they love to spend their time outdoors, such as fishing, hunting, motorcycling, boating, and RVing together. When they aren’t outdoors enjoying their lives together, they are working together, side by side in business.
Eric Bonfiglio
Eric started his financial career at age 21. He worked part-time in the financial services industry to learn the business and develop the needed skills to succeed. By age 25, he was earning more than $100,000 a year in commissions. Fast forward to 2004…He had built a business with more than 1,100 agents in 9 states and earned his first million dollars in a year in commissions. Later he sold his business and retired for a few years to get his bearings on his next venture. He began coaching and training other entrepreneurs in the financial and real estate industry for the next 10 years. He met his wife, best friend, and business partner while he was coaching. She was also in the industry, and they decided to build a company for themselves and others, using the experience, skills, and passion they both developed. They soon started their very own financial services company called VenSure Financial Group LLC. The company focuses on helping middle and upper middle-class families to build solid financial plans and achieve financial freedom. We specialize in insurance and annuities, as well as we offer health, property casualty, long term care, and other financial products. We are currently recruiting and growing our organization of agents. We recruit both seasoned agents, as well as part-time agents new to the industry. We offer our organization the best in products, compensation, training, technology, and support. Our goal is to be the premier financial services organization in the country, and help thousands of people become properly protected, debt free, and financially independent.
